What this site is — and what it is not
Diagran does not carry out estate agency activities. The properties presented illustrate development projects and do not constitute property sourcing, intermediation or the marketing of properties on behalf of third parties.
The information published — areas, licensing statuses, timings and investment amounts — is indicative and intended to provide an initial order of magnitude. It is not a contractual proposal, is not an offer and does not bind Diagran. What is binding is what is put in writing and signed by the parties.
No content on this site constitutes legal, tax, planning or investment advice.
How you may use the site
You may view, print and share the pages for your own personal or professional use, provided you indicate the source.

Diagran shall be liable under the general rules of law for damage it causes wilfully or through gross negligence, and for damage for which liability may not be excluded by law, particularly in matters concerning consumer rights.
Outside those cases, we are not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of the indicative information published on the site, without prior written confirmation from us.
Applicable law and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute shall fall within the jurisdiction of the courts of the Porto judicial district, with a waiver of any other jurisdiction, except where the law requires a different jurisdiction — namely in contracts with consumers.
In the event of a consumer dispute, you may refer the matter to the territorially competent alternative dispute resolution entity, the Porto Consumer Information and Arbitration Centre (CICAP), and submit a complaint through the Electronic Complaints Book.
